What do you need?
3 cups of cornflour (Chef's choice: Maseca Brand)
1/2 cup of butter (room temperature)
2 cup of water
2 tablespoons of salt
1 tablespoon of pepper
Add 1/2 Cup of Room Temparature Butter
Mix Butter with Cornflour
